Went to the car for the first time since Sunday this afternoon and it wouldn't even unlock, never mind turn the ignition on or start. Managed to jump start it off the van but even then it took 15 minutes of charging off the van to start. Has the battery gone? Car has done 87K, just gone 5...

I know, just thinking if they only recognise 5 years then if you renew with them in June then the next year your proof of bonus would show 5 years even though the year before you had 7. Just a thought thats all. Dont know if them 2 years make a difference with other companies or not.

Could you pull out the HDD, usb it to another computer, reformat it, then put it back in this one and do the install again. Thats what i'd try anyway.
