I'm doing some more reading about it and it seems highly unlikely to be the axle bushes, despite the thread I read last time.
Things you should check though; Spacers behind both the rear discs, check the stub axles match on each side.
If yours is to remain a road car, maybe even a few track days, i'd stick with standard. I certainly didn't notice over £100's worth of difference! lol.
The metal prongs on the connector (loom side) bend and distort over time. This results in it not connecting properly.
A lot of fcukery and messing about, but you can fix this yourself.
Turn all the lights on, wiggle the plugs, wiggle the loom, find out which metal connector is playing up and...
My old RB clio used to throw it's engine management light on whenever I put s**t fuel in it. As soon as I put Vpower in it and let it get through, it went out.
No idea if that's at all possible or if it was coincidence.
I don't know what i'm more jealous of, the car, the road trip or that rather impressive barnet you're sporting.
Either way, i'm jealous. :(
