If yours is to remain a road car, maybe even a few track days, i'd stick with standard. I certainly didn't notice over £100's worth of difference! lol.

The metal prongs on the connector (loom side) bend and distort over time. This results in it not connecting properly. A lot of fcukery and messing about, but you can fix this yourself. Turn all the lights on, wiggle the plugs, wiggle the loom, find out which metal connector is playing up and...

If it's fired grease all over it, I highly doubt tiger seal or superglue will work. You'll never get the rubber clean enough.

Small flat blade, lift out the side with the cut out first, then pull it out square. If it's the original one it will require a bit if force.
