I went 40mm, purely because insurance company wated to know if it was lowered below or above 50mm, if it was above the premium went sky high.

Sorry for poor pics.
Ive got some springs which are apparently the same as apex just black with a different name, ride isnt too harsh, cost £75 and took a couple of hours to fit with the help of my uncle. Check with your insurance too, my premium went up a bit when i declared them.
So its got standard wings? Didnt know you could fit the rs bumper without them, would be interested to find out how as i need a new front bumper anyway.
Yours looks good too hutchie, but i like jamie's, maybe its the pics?
I like that, i'm wanting a new car but insurance is just too much on rs versions of the clio, but if the GT is cheap enough to insure i may well get one.
When will we find out insurance groups, performance figures and prices?
Well, i drive it quite hard, in summer i get around 41 on a run or 37 around town but in this recent cold weather i have been getting high 30's on a run and low 30's around town, it should go up if the weather warms up a bit.
Really jealous of the people with lots of snow, got hardly any here, which is wierd cus we usually get loads, we got less than we did in December on my street.
Anyway here's a pic taken just now, but not a lot has melted.
Did service on saurday, didn't have time to check the pipe due to unforseen complications with the cooling system.
Anyway, a few people say not to worry but here's a pic of the air filter, this is about 3 months old.
Ive got the same car as you, not got any of that stuff under the bonnet either, and experience a lot of road noise at motor-way speeds, i just turn the radio up.
