never seen a blocked breather or a leaking breather cover on an F4R they sometimes leak through the bolts which is easy to sort, but if its the rocker cover leaking then either live with it, or put new cams in :) problem is renault use a paint roller to apply the sealant at the facotry...

2hours to do the cambelt (easy) knocking on for 5 to do the clutch maybe easier and quicker to pull the engine and box out completley

and its a 7hour job (give or take) to reseal it! (no i'm not joking!)

only available as a complete kit i believe £35 or so

^how? 40 means its the same viscosity at 100degC, i think your mates are either using cheap oil or talking out of the wrong hole

0, 5, 10, 15 are all fine to use in a 172/182 40 is the viscosity of the oil at 100degC IIRC

pull the wee retaining clip out and the hammer out the retainer at the bottom

yeah but when you're using buckets + harness's is what i was getting at

£45 for plugs, £90 odd for a genuine lambda

i like the hispec stuff, i've got the billet 4 calipers on 172 discs with my own custom brackets on the dynacup stops brilliantly, no ABS and a tilton bias valve pads are £12 a set too :)
