Denison Ice Link when you do decide to Plug the ipod in. A few of us on here have gone down that route, full ipod control, manatining stalk and displays.
Works fine and is ideal if you use soapy water to clay like I do, meaning no money needs to be wasted buying it with QD spray.

To charge and control the ipod you will need to look at something like the Dension Kit

But just to play it through the Aux import on the h/unit would be cheaper if you can get a relevant cable, and would need a separate charger to the cig lighter to charge it...

The PC is the way to go if you want to do any for of paint correction. Those Cosmo polishers are only really good for applying a wax.
As said the Autopia store sells the whole kit.

No subsitute for polishing as if there are swirlmarks in the paint before clay wont do anything apart from make them show up more!
As long as your carefull it wont scratch your car but will do damage if it is to cold, and the car is not washed well first.
I think there was some threads on here about a set of cams that come on cam at around 3K, like Rory said its the characteristics of the engine, nice torquey 8V 205 GTi is what you need!
