If the marks have etched into the paint a deep polish or wet sand and polish all the only way to sort below the paint surface defects.
Clay will only remove above the surface bonded contaminents.
Meguiars Interior Quick Detailer and a Microfiber cloth. Removes light dust, leaves the dashboard etc (suitable for any surfaces) looking factory fresh and clean without a greasy finish that some dressings do - smells great too.
Rides feels fairly hard in mine, really noticeable when I drive it straight after my 306.
Loony's H&R equipped 182, has a far better ride than the standard Cup setup!

Scratch X starts of abbrassive and finishes down to a finer polish so works well in small areas. Use a folded terry towel to increase the cut if needed. Wont be easy though, as whole car needs some real elbow grease!
