easy
remove battery, unbolt the battey tray/gearbox mounting from the chassis leg (the aluminum bit, you can leave the rubber bush alone)
unbolt the lower mount from the subframe from underneath
jack up the gearbox with the wheel off and unbolt the mount from the gearbox
bit fiddly to do...
yoz has done the length of the pit straight sideways/backwards/forwards/sideways/clouds of smoke in a V6 (not mine thank f**k!), its was so spectacular it made it on to men and motors!
flat it 4th through there in "le 1.2" is scary!
throttle bodies on their own give a genuine (as long as the person mapping knows their arse from their elbow) 205-210bhp (thats for nigh on £4K fitted)
to get more you need cams (around 220bhp)
to break 230bhp you need pistons also
^Dan is correct, and the pistons also
for the record the timing belt kit is £150, aux belt kit is £107
then you'll need new headbolts and gasket set also
just replace the engine
Re: Standard vs uprated brake pads
not true when it comes to clios, i use full on race pads everyday, just don't drive like a bell for the first 10min (same goes for any brakes)
Re: Standard vs uprated brake pads
2nd highest ;)
disadvantages in my eyes are zero
if however you are very very precious, then you may not like the noise some (not all) pads make, they can squeal a bit
some pads have very harsh brake dust that sticks to your wheels and paint, again doesn't...
