The Aggy crew used to roll around in rattlesnake escorts back in the day. If you dared to have one yourself they'd burn it out.
I personally think they look horrific.
(Google them if you've never heard of them!)
eBay is full of t***s.
I've been talking myself out of buying it all weekend! I wish I was 18 again, I'd love to own it! But I'd look likely a right c**t driving that at 33 years old!
I bought mine for £80. I spent £200 having them refurbed. Then spent £180 on 4 stretched bridgestones and struggled to sell them for £250 iirc.
They only look good on mk1 clios imo, everything else looks w**k.
Speaking out loud here, but I think you'll struggle, purely because of the ph2 dash. What happens if you part strip it / sell it and get lumbered with it??
I'd hold on if I was you.
Powder coatings/paint in the bolt holes can cause it. Burpspeed had the issue.
If I was you i'd get the dremel in there and get the holes back to bare metal.
But as Si said, wheel bearings are also a culprit.
This is a cheap tax bracket you turd. Pre March 2001 and below a 1400cc means it's a cheap tax bracket.
Go and paint some arrows on your boyfriends bumhole.
Here is the VXR I did yesterday. So faded that the roof and bonnet looked white!
Both sides were pink and it was mired in tree sap.
Looks a bit different now...
I have to agree with some of the others, i'd never go and work in the garage and leave my 18 month old child alone in bed. Can you get to your child from the garage quickly if she starts choking? Could you even hear her if you're working and she starts choking??
I'm going to be completely...
Just a saying.
Bloke a) I'm having my dick cut off tomorrow with a stanley knife/I just found out that my wife spent £3000 on a handbag...
Bloke b) Ooooh, sting me.
Clear coat is laquer.
If paint has faded under the laquer, no amount of polishing will bring it back and a respray is the only solution. Seat ovni yellow being a prime example.
I'll get some pics of the one I did.
Red astras are not clear coated. I know this because I had a pink one in today for full correction and then a valet.
Came up like new but vauxhall red paint is f**king s**t and no doubt it will be faded and crappy again soon as the owner isn't one for car care.
New formula?? Oooh, sounds interesting.
I was thinking about trying Cherry glaze as that gets some good reviews but my AS rep is a bellend that has not shown up for three appointments so i'm not going to bother!
