Just watched video. Looks like great fun. That sounds a good idea with the mapping for the waste gate pressure etc.
Will keep an eye on this for that winter refresh. ;)
I'm just saying. My mate took me out in his Impreza the other week. 350bhp with launch control. I've never been so fast in a straight line! I do agree with the image thing though.
:) get an s15. Deffo get an s15 over mx-5 too.
I think it's great to be honest. Doesn't seem much bumpier than the cup suspension. I would really recommend getting them.
Here's some rubbish pics. More to follow tomorrow.
Before shot
After
Pictures don't do it much justice.
It will be a while before I could afford one of these. But it's deffo something I will consider in a few years time. Not going to look too much into it yet otherwise I will want one. :(
Do people prefer these to the 3 series coupe? I don't know which I prefer more. Theres something about the 1 series coupe that I prefer. Can't put finger on it though.
That's a nice motor there. And those wheels are my favourite on the the coupe ;) I really want one of these but no chance of affording one for a long time :(
I'm with admiral. Need to change come renewal time I think. Brentacre will get a call no doubt. Admiral don't insure ARB do they. I want one of these too. What to do ay.
Feels great. Went for a little blast earlier and it's so much better to drive.
What have you done to your car regarding your music etc? Have you got a sub and new head unit etc
Looks really good that does mate. I wish I done all the same with my 1.2 when I had that. I only put a grill on and 172 alloys. That was it. :(
Anyway. Managed to get a quick picture of mine after fitting the sportlines.
Before.
And after
I'm impressed with it. It's a fairly cheap...
I'm a maybe for this at the minute. Will see if I'm free Saturday though. Should be good either way, even if it is rammed us CS lot will be together etc.
:)
The claws are out ay ;)
I would go for it. You got to whilst you can afford it now. :)
House deposit can come after can't it. I would go for the mx-5 though as I bet it's a right laugh and fun to drive in.
Welcome to the forum. And I doubt you will get insured on an RS at 18? Have you done quotes?
Try eBay for the grille or have a look in the for sale section on here for a second hand one. Think they are around 50 quid new iirc.
They aren't too hard to change either. :)
