    the billies have a slightly different spring rate which seems more suitable for track i find the H&R's a bit softer TBH you won't notice a massive difference track - billies road - H&R ^my choice

    never ever seen it done TBH the 1.2 16V has a speedo sensor on the box, maybe replace that

    to physically fit the hardware i would say 2days, its the shitty jobs of wiring and then mapping realistically at least a week
