I'm betting its the alternator/wiring.
If its been replaced recently then there's been an issue there in the past.
Although let's be honest, it's all speculation until you get the car back and look at it.

I bought some Dali Zensor bookshelf speakers (amongst other Hifi) from Richer sounds. Again, really happy with how they deal with their customers. Top blokes.
Even if it's 'repaired', you'll only need to press on it too hard whrn polishing it and it will crack again. Major weak point.

ECP are cheap, but their parts are hit and miss. Try ordering 172 bottom arms from them. The ones that will turn up aren't even the right shape! lol.
