Clean with Autoglym Engine and Machine Cleaner, use some Clay and/or Tar remover on any stubborn bits. Polish with Autoglym Super Resin and seal with Autoglym Extra Gloss protection. You should only ned car shamppo and water to clean them after that.

You could, but polymer sealants such as Autoglym Extra Gloss hold up to heat better than wax.

Fine for putting on wax, wont have the power to polish and remove defects. You can get and unbranded one the same for about 30 quid.
