    don't even bother with super 4's waste of time and money, NGK only in the F4R Aux belt is very very hard to do without the correct tools i live in Knowle mate

    if water has got behind the gelcoat its fucked its a bit like cancer mate, you'll have to cut out all the old s**t, but doing that without damaging the cloth is impossible

    sorry james they're identical, the only one thats different is the mk1 172 box (JC5089 from memory)

    i always fit some massive washers to them as if you over tighten them the bolt squashes into the bracket

    not hard if you know what you're doing (takes me around 45min with the car on the drive) but i have small hands! LOL
