5W30 is incorrect, that needs changing pronto! Renault recommend elf 5W40 fully synth, but they also say 10W/40 fully/semi is fine

there's your number one problem then! stud conversion is about (off the top of my head) approx £50 per hub

if you have a crack in the box it needs sorting, seek a second opinion from a specialist
