undo and REMOVE the rear lower shock bolt on both sides (18MM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
jack up rear of car on sills (plenty stong enough)
rear beam will drop
rear spring will fall out
easy peasy, if it takes more than 20min...
depends on the situation, we're normally always doing something at the weekend, i'm quite often in Sweden, Hungary or France testing (ok so Sweden i'm testing "other things" if you get what i mean ;))
ring us and ask, we do sometimes do weekends if needs be, but we also need a break every now...
the only problem with rpm on the F4R's is 2 fold, one problem is the top end, and the second is the rod bolts, they can both manage 8000rpm "safe" (sort of, to a point) but the engine won't see more than 60K
