    we're on about ARB and wishbone bushes here benji! the cup racer uses 100% standard front 172 ARB and bushes!

    erm, clamping the strap back over the bush is a complete bugger to do, not too bad with the car in the air on a ramp, nightmare to do on axle stands

    standard replacements (full set) come to about £350 so i'd say retail price halfway between the std renault stuff and the GrpN mounts so upto approx £500ish

    springs are the same dimentionally and will fit, i'm not sure if they're the same spring rate etc

    yes ideally you need the ecu to be reprogrammed to suit the camshafts the schricks start to give the power (very noticably) from 3000/3500rpm upwards

    crank speed is limited to 19K rpm cams rotate at half the speed of the crank remember edde, so the cams rotate at 9.5K rpm
