    trust me H&R's are worth it! polybushes do make a difference, but they also squeak (why do you have tape over your lights in the pic?? they're plastic)

    its not always about profile, width is also the important thing i think you'll find a 205/45 15 is stuidly expensive, IF they even make that size

    whatever you do make sure you use a 7x15 or 7x16 wheel tyres i would go for 205/50 15 or 205/45 16 oh and be VERY careful with offset, stay between ET42 and ET45 if its a 182
