the bottom of the linkage leaks from factory, nothing to worry about there
the only problem with 2nd hand boxes is you don't know their history, and at 7hrs to take the thing back out after you've spent 7hrs putting it in, it can get enpensive!
to get the old bearings out i smash out the internals and drive flange then weld 4 beads on the inside of the shell, leave it to cool then smack it out with a hammer and chisel!
well i forgot to change the plip from the 172 cup key onto my 1.2 16V key (which i'm using to run the car, because i still have the 1.2 16V barrel with 172 cup decoder and 172cup UCH)
