Is the headlight damaged? If its just lightly scuffed then just get it wet sanded and polished. If you get a new light, it will stand out like a sore thumb against an old one on the other side.

If you're towing a car and the car is in contact with the road (eg not on a trailer) then it needs to be taxed/insured/mot'd so bear that in mind. Not got a trailer you can borrow? So much safer/less hassle.

AVS??? I used to use them years ago!! There used to be a guy called Dave that worked there, no idea where he is now but he is an absolute genius with anything. Top top bloke. No idea who runs it now though sorry. lol!
