Shame.
I'm always on the lookout for a nice clean standard 16v to use as a daily. I think they still look cool and they are so comfy.
Last One i had was silver with black leather and turbo wheel conversion and I wasn't even selling it. Some guy came in the garage andoffered me silly money...
Christ, where do i start....
needs a load of paint work mainly. Its got a 172 brake conversion, kent cams, chipped ecu etc and goes really well but the bodywork and the fact its got no service history what so ever is the biggest let down. the last 3 owners were members on here so I will save...
Have you bought it to sell it after 5 minutes like the Ph1/black 182/200??
Or is this one going to stay?
(You seem to buy them, modify them, then sell them because you want something sensible? :S)
With all that fitted (and correct tyre pressures) you shouldn't be suffering from massive understeer.
Although with uprated front suspension and standard rear suspension its going to cause you grief.
Also, what tyres are you running? Both make and size?
Have you thought about braking...
Our place charges £5 a wheel, as long as they're not fitting them to a car.
If they're fitting them to a car then its £10 a wheel.
And lol @ 5 -10 minute job!
I'm really not a fan of BMW's front ends now. Its pig/shark like and I can't really see why they've done it?
No doubt the cars will be great though, as per usual.
FLOL! Not a chance, not as long as there's a hole in my ass.
Nothing against you mate, but i'm a terrible passenger. Unless i'm driving, I won't be in a car! (The exception is sam, who I do track days with)
Get a dash back in it (just the carcass, they way fcuk all and look so muc neater) respray the inside all in silver, paint the wheels black, lower it a bit, bobs your monkhouse, see you at combe in may.

Not stolen, not scrapped and not written off.
Seems its a good one!
Maybe try ringing the guys at birchdown?!
If they were only done in october, the parts carry a 12 month warranty anyway if you asked to have genuine parts fitted.
Whilst I appreciate you've done a good job (excellent in fact, well done!) I hate the word detailed. You haven't detailed it. You've washed the car and corrected/polished/protected the paint.
If you'd have detailed it, you would have had the wheels off, done the engine bay, polished that...
I'm not sure on the legalities, or what offence they're commiting. But my broker is proper hot on it and gives me a bollocking if I don't keep up with it.
Something stupid like a £5000 fine if you get caught.
