it comes out, but you'll destroy the bearing getting it out (i use a large hammer and a socket)

the powerflex jobbie i don't rate, it stops the bottom of the engine moving, but that then causes the top of the engine to move we run all 4 standard mounts, compltley boggo, check the upper gearbox one (under the battery, and the battery tray itself, they're prone to snapping where it bolts to...
