    true magnesium speedlines are uber light, are you sure they're magnesium?? 2020's they do an identical wheel in aluminum which is pretty heavy (we use them) 2118's

    no, just nip the top caps up until you feel some resistance from the springs, DO NOT over tigthen them, otherwise you pop the springs out of the top caps
