Go for a shared ownership scheme, ive just bought my first house through it and its probaly the best thing ive ever done.
Basically you buy 60% of the house and they take the other 40% then after 2 years you can apply for the other 40% making the house yours!

Go to autotrader and see what similar models are asking, undercut them if you can afford to and it should sell quick....
Also if the car is modified and you have the standard parts id put it back to stock (Standard cars appeal to a wider spectrum of buyer)
Heavy cars, Dont think the 150bhp or the 180bhp would stand a chance against my phaser to be honest.
The R32 is a diffrent story, thats Megane teritory.
Power to weight ratio has always been an issue with Golfs

RX7 thats a nice car, espesh rare in turbo form, tell me this, is it the wankel engine thats in that>? As im led to believe the RX8's have exceptionaly high compression, does that include the RX7 Turbo?
The only drawback to them is the intercooler mounted on top of the engine makes the car slugish in wam weather, could never understand why nissan done that!
So what is everyone got there sights set on next>?
Will it be faster than your current car, or will you go for planet saver that is the DIEsel?
Mines is hopefully going to be a Civic Type R ek9.

Anyone else?!?
ITs like a whining noise ive got the same problem, ive been told it can be associated with putting bigger wheels on the car. I have the standard wheels on and it seems to have happened, its in the rear i know that!
Do you also know that if you purchase a brand new car from a dealership then you are within your right to return the car and get a FULL REFUND if the car isnt upto satisfactory requirement.
