Its a 12 year, 100,000 mile anti corrosion warranty iirc. It will need to have full Renault Service history for it to still be valid.

Mine was rusting after 30,000 miles. Thankfully mine had Full Renault History so it was replaced under the anti-corrosion warranty.

You can get it wrapped for about £150. At least if you do that and you get bored/sell it you can pull it off. Maybe another idea. (Depends if your dad charges you I suppose! lol)

When I first became a car valeter (about 10 years ago) I got given on the job training from Autoglym. ITs not a course as such, more just explaining what the different chemicals can and can't do. After that very brief intro, its just experience that will determine how good you are.

Well a cambelt kit and auxbelt kit from a specialist on here is what, £450? So this guy has paid £130 extra for discs and pads and an oil and filter. I just think its a little unfair to call this garage rip-off merchants when you don't know that. Its someones livelihood you're slagging off.

Take both keys! Leave it running while you use the spare to undo the petrol cap.

Why didn't you disconnect it before you left it?? But yes, put some jump leads on it, let it sit there for 10 mins or so and start it. Take it on a a good 30-40 minute drive and it will be fine.

Hmmm, good question. The Evo was on Rock hard coilovers and the M3 had Linglong tyres on the front and Eagle F1's on the rear so bear that in mind... The Evo always felt out of control. Way too hard. Used to skip all over the place. The M3 was a beast and you would be scared about how fast...
