Nice work! I did a flamer project a few years back, I think I have a thread somewhere on here. At the time I picked up a black gold cup spoiler for it, with the view of having it sprayed red. I installed it as was for a laugh and it actually looked good in black!
I can’t for the life of me figure out where it fits!
Online images/ guides (197/meg) don’t picture it being used.
It physically doesn’t fit / seat neatly anywhere on the hub, before/ after the new bearing pressed. Or on the hub itself. It’s too big.
Upon removing the old wheel bearing, this...
“Made from recycled milk bottles” ha! They’re supportive, the colour is marmite but I think they suit the look.
^ Height wise, I’m 6’3 and it’s easily accommodating. However I didn’t test drive..
I called in at Renault Manchester today for a nosey, seeing as I was driving past.
I think the new R5 in yellow with the decal pack and larger wheels looks amazing. The interior is a nice place to be, and to be fair the payments via carwow make it a good contender. I just couldn’t make the...
Only took me 20 years to book one!
Absolutely loved it, would definitely recommend Track Obsession, they were great. Donnington park. The Clio held up very well and I was surprised to keep up with some serious machinery!
Only a battery mount came loose. I can live with that :)
Apologies if this has already been covered …
I’ve been on here since 2004, and occasionally log on for info/ parts/ a nosey. Each time I’m faced with spam galore!
I’ve screen recorded it. Is it my device, or has everyone got the same issue viewing the forum?
Shame as there’s lots of good help...
Hello!
I’m having issues with the EML light and the coil light (under the fuel low light) coming on, and loosing power.
It’s scanning as throttle position sensor track A.
I’ve changed the pedal and potentiometer to a good working spare, and also cleaned the contacts on both the throttle body...
I will have a look this weekend. I've ordered another cat (The ebay shop whom i returned it to 6 weeks ago have stop replying) and i cannot see a way to get it back!
I have 2 new lambda sensors to install, new spark plugs and a full oil service for good measure!
I think anything that controls...
Thanks for the reply’s.
I’m going to install 2 new Lambda sensors and try another cat, and maybe change the spark plugs.
I’ve read that the ‘white plug’ needs attention on these, can cause lots of error codes which my OBD2 has picked up on.
It did have a small leak pre cat so maybe that was...
Hello!
Last June (2023) my 182 passed MOT with a new ‘Cat2u Cat’
The car has done ~900 miles since, and having re MOT’ed for this year, failed on emissions.
The garage said it’s the cat. I’ve removed it and sent it off under the 2 year warranty (week 5 now, still not heard back)
I was...
Can’t see why it wouldn’t work. If you look up my last thread, I did the rear lines myself this weekend , using the BRT motorsport rear kit (this does away with the smaller rear link pipes. Might help you a bit
Well that wasn’t the Friday evening I had planned, but it’s all done (Minus the bleeding)
Thanks for the help chaps!

I’m off to the pub!!
Thanks for the tip Rob, I’m a spark so I’ll have some grommets lying around. Yours looks immaculate underneath!
As someone commented, I ordered the £17 brake repair kit off the bay; bit of practising and will install two new unions on the green/ black lines I think is my best option.
No rush...
