yes, but there's fitting them yourself, and there's having them fited by someone that knows what they're doing

nope the 225 box doesn't fit the 172 block, its a narrow block
the engine and box in the picture is F4R T block (wider than an F4R) with the ND0 six speed (its my car too!)

Green stuff - OE upgrade, better than stock, good for road use
Ds2500 - can handle higher heat loads, good for Fast road/light track work
thats not a very good way to sell stuff in my opinion, i don't get into the whole "ooh buy this, it'll give you xbhp", its not my style and i don't trust rolling roads
