It doesn't have to be done no. But the airbag light will always be on and if you have an accident the airbag won't go off. Its not an MOT fail, but its an advisory iirc.

So its had a whack and the airbags have gone off? If so, it will need a new computer. £££'s!!!

For £3300 and if its a good sound car, I don't think you can go wrong. As long as all the brakes have plenty of meat left in them and it drives solid, for the sake of £250 i'd get a new cambelt kit fitted yourself. At least you know its been done and done properly. £3550 it will owe you in...

Deffinately worth a look, but I'd want to be paying £3250 tops.

1) Take them back and get them to fit sticky weights inside the wheels. Bang on weights look terrible and damage your rims! 2) perfectly normal to have them balanced front and back. Just depends which side needs the weights to balance them.
