How much room have you got under the bonnet?? I've cut loads out the inside but I still think its catching on something. I'm worried that if it is, on the first drive if the engine rocks it will crease the bonnet from the inside out!

You'd need to hang the bonnet up vertically to get a better finish mate. But f**k it, a good paint job won't make you go quicker, so don't worry about it!

Cheers Ben, I got your pm too. Thats the sort f thing I was hoping to do. Bit of a dumb question, but If i'm earthing the battery to the floor under the seat why would I need 3-4 meters of Black cable? :S

My plan was to run one wire from the terminal that is currently in the engine bay (and will remain there, just hidden) to the battery which will be under the passenger seat. And earth it to the centre tunnel. Someone please correct me If I am wrong.
