I personally can't see Euro paying for anything. You fitted the wrong part, not them. They only supplied you. And I would imagine that because you have fitted it, they will not offer a refund/exchange as its been used. Sorry, but thats the way I see it. Put it down to experience.

Check the idle control valve. I just done one on a 1.4 8v clio and the difference was night and day. Like a different car!!

eh?? We're on about the facelift megane coupe 2.0 engine. The guy said he's got a 2.0 Megane engine to go in, we're trying to establish which age megane it came out of.

And a completely different engine! lol. T reg was changeover year though, so could be old or new.
