172 engine into a valver is a piece of piss! ;)

Will make fek all difference on a 1.2, possibly a bit of noise, but thats it.

Valver/Willy shells have wider arches, wider track, and are just generally better. You can pick up a cheap dog for about £400. I personally wouldn't bother going down the 1.2 route.

Ahh ffs. Whats up now?? Its mechanically all in, just need to do plumbing and fit loom. 172 engine, gearbox, driveshafts, wishbones, discs, calipers etc. As much 172 as I can get into it!! I want as little valver as possible. Mainly due to reliability issues!!

As long as its running ok mate, it will be fine. Don't just drive it for the sake of it though!

If its driving ok I wouldn't worry about it for now to be honest. If it startsto misfire though, turn it off and wait till you can get to a mechanic.

The boosh is selling an 02 plate dynamique with lower miles for similar money. Dynamique is a much better spec imo. 96k is a lot of miles for a 53 plate Clio!!

197 is a much better car, FACT. The brakes, the suspension, the build.... Its all better than the 182.
