I'd bought it within 29 minutes of it going up for sale. Simon was/is a top guy too. 300 miles and 6 hours later, she's my daily drive :)
I'm not having alloys on it. No way pedro.
My current plan (since starting this thread) is now wide 13/14 inch steels on white wall tyres. Flat green paint, rusted bonnet, as low as it will go, (within reason, I still need to get into work! lol) Many many 'rat' stickers in the rear window...
I was thinking of 13 inch steels, 60mm lowered suspension, 25mm spacers, rusted bonnet, roofrack, and the usual stickers/livery/french plates.
Any more ideas? Anyone got any pics of Rat look Clio's??

I saw the blue one the other day, and apart from the steering wheel thing that they suffer, its a nice clean car to be honest.

I think that the car is a BIG no no.
I'd much rather buy from a member off here/pistonheads thats looked after his car rather than some mickey dealer that thinks stickers and 20" chrome spinners sells a car.
Weld a socket to it.
If its got that shitty loose collar on it, its a f**king pain in the ass to remove. Although if its a genuine Renault one, they only made about 8 different types, so if you have a few mates with Clio's, chances are one of them will fit it.
