Should be a Torque bit in the handle to open the door, and a torque bit in the handle to shut the car. Also take the speaker out, as iirc, that holds the door on too. And thats it. Just pull. Hard. The last one I did needed a chisel!!

This car was on Ebay a couple of weeks ago and a good mate of mine won it for £1200. When he called the guy to arrange collection, the seller said he'd already sold it to someone else for £1900. What a jerk off! Its now back on Ebay, miles away from where it lived in the previous auction, £400...
