So aftermarket cams only assist in increasing power at the top end of the rev range is what your saying?

Sorry to go off on a bit of a tangent...but I hate revving at the top end at any point it feels like im killing the car. Are there cams out there which focus on the lower rev ranges where torque could be increased?

Got the filter through today.. Smaller than I thought I only had a quick look just know when I got in from work, but is it possible just to pop off the top of the airbox? Doesnt seem to have any screws around it :s

Would it not be easier to have a flappy panel gearbox on these cars (if they are allowed). Having to take one hand off the wheel to shift increases work load dramatically.

Do you get any power gains from the Prospeed exhausts... When I start my placement I am thinking of getting a cat-back system on my 1.6, so which manufacturer would be best for power gains even if they are minimal?
