My comp runs Vista fine, just annoys me having 30~ processes running that are doing things that i dont need doing. When i tried vista i think i got rid of over 30 services. I didn't really notice any speed increase, although my comp spec will run vista twice over without probs, but i just...

run services.msc read the descriptions for each thing and you notice you dont need half of them. Right click on the ones you dont need, properties(or advanced, i cant remember) then select disable.
