If your doing as much as you can, there nothing else you can do really, except for maybe widen your search ? One will turn up. I hate looking for cars.

Drill some small holes (pilot holes) then go bigger, it probs best to tape the thing on to the car or get a mate to help as going it alone will be hard.
The renault sport one looks ace. I've seen a few in real life & like them. I've no idea who sells them, but a few on here have them so I guess it says on here (somewhere)
I'm not overly keen on that 'sparco' one. I prefer the omp on in the pics. I'd only go with a genuine one tbh, not some thing made in asia or wherever.
