Wheres the cheapest place to buy these? With ABS rings? 2001 -X plate
I work at renault, and even with discount they're over 150 sheets!!! FFS!
I was thinking of upgrading to some drilled items and some fast road pads, but its not worth it, is it?
Cheers guys!!
just get them painted, £40 per wheel + vat from any wheel refurb company. Then get some apex sprigs, hey presto, your car has the cup suspension pack!!;)
i've only had eagle f1's and contis, and from what i can tell, the eagle f1's sidewalls are too flexible, but the treadwear on the conti's is piss poor.
Depends what you're after i s'pose.
**i've just realise i'm of no use to this thread whatsoever**
Depends what you want,
K&N is probably the cheapest and most readily available, peice of piss to fit (i can fit it ffs! lol) but does nothing for power, sounds the absolute tits mind you! ;)
Pipercross viper/ITG maxogen are the most expensive (respectively) and do improve performance, but...
Rich, do you use a pressure washer on the engine? or just a hose pipe?
Hot or cold water?
Do you use any form of cleaning brushes? or does this push the chemicals into places it shouldn't go?
sorry ;)
i'd personally change them as i don't like them, but i wouldn't change them because of what everyone else thinks, if you like them, thats all that matters!
if you get a trophy rear spoiler, you'll need tail lift struts from a trophy aswell, as the spoilers so big, it won't let the tailgate open fully on original ones.
