For reference, this is the main area of concern. Highlighted yellow (kind of). Stock Google image and it's hard to see. But it's ridiculously tight in here. Almost a 45° angle. And, of course, being a sill it's swirl city so going at it by hand isn't a torture I wish upon myself 🤣
To get...
Cheers guys.
I think I've made my mind up. I'm gonna grab the mini shine mate rotary and the extension kit for it. That takes me to nearly £200 anyway. The extension kit is amazing. Perfect for getting into tight areas and badges etc. that's the main reason I wanted one anyway as the tight...
Thanks Kev. Id love a rupes but I just cant justify the price. I only do 1-2 corrections a year at most so its just not needed. The shinemate is £200!
For what its worth, I think im going to grab the mini shinemate rotary, purely so i can grab the mini extension kit so I can get round all the...
Morning chaps.
Just had a job accepted for a polish and coating on a new F Type Jag in BRG. Stunnnning colour.
My ancient (10+ year old) CleanYourCar DA (Probably a DasPro) is beginning to show signs of its age. Im looking to grab another polisher to go alongside it, especially with this big...
Yep! As @KitsonRis said, tethers or GTFO
Providing I can find them, I have a bundle of tethers for those that need them. Let me know and ill try and find them and bring them to CSF with me for people to use/have (ive got the one I use and never needed the other 10)
Im getting properly fucked off with Ring now.
We have a few cameras at our place, a couple from a previous address. All working dandy, never had an issue.
I have a big Spotlight camera out the front which, when it works, is ace. Night vision and the floodlight comes on when anyone walks past...
I'm honestly unsure why this gif came up when I searched for "Sting". None of the others were half as amusing as this masked gentlemen committing child abuse. Good day.
The best 'bomb' ive used in the car was a Bilt Hamber one. Wasnt so focused on the scent, although it was a light citrus smell, but it was one that promised to remove nasties. Anti microbial or whatever its called.
I liked that one but they're £12 each!
Just to jump in on this. I had the S22 and, youre absolutely right, the battery life was f**king abysmal.
Waited for the S24 Ultra and, even though the phone is bigger, the battery is immense. I leave mine on battery saving mode so it only charges to 85%. Its also on the 'dynamic' mode so it...
Some I know from when I lived in Southampton is meant to be really good. Like me, he does it off his drive etc so it's not a proper lock up just so you're aware. Want me to send you the details? He's on faceache
I have all Ryobi stuff. Their impact gun is pretty decent for the money.
Worth checking out what torque you need for subframe bolts, adding 20% and then looking at specs on the impacts
I washed my first car (1.2 Clio) with a brillo pad.
As I was doing it, I did wonder why all the marks I hadnt previously been able to get off were coming off so easily.
Fun times.
Erm, I dont think so 🤣
In truth, I only noticed the flickering improve and was happy. By the time I go to bed and actually turn the tv on, im half asleep so barely notice 🤣
the 'dynamic' mode seems to have made it way better so I didnt investigate.
Ill have a look later on tonight to double check but come to think of it, I think I disabled some eco mode thing!
Thanks for the tip :)
