Funny you mention this.
Can't decide whether or not to go for m4 lower control arms to give me some more feeling / turn in up front or to go for suspension mods.
Think insurance will prefer the prior though - Ageas are nazis :(
I survived!
Thank god the dog was black but poor old Henry was pretty pissed by the end of all the hoovering. Just worked out it was a 9 hours hard graft. Didn't try the G&T tip but I'll remember that for next time.
Customer was over the moon. Told me I had removed 90% of the dog smell and...
So what would you guys charge for this audi. They're friends of friends so I'll do them a deal.
Full wheel and arch clean.
Full exterior clean. Spray on wax (polar seal type)
Interior full hoover, probably a wet vac, all internal wipedown with apc, dog hairs galore, all glass done inside and...
Ive got some valetpro odour eater for the smell. Dogs been exclusively in the boot/rear seats folded down so its a concentrated area. Ill blast it tonight, instructions say leave it to dry and see how bad it is tomorrow. Wet vac to the rescue if not.
Is it weird im actually excited to get...
Honestly, I havent a clue. All they keep telling me is 'its really fast' 🤣
Im actually still at work, and will be till 5. Head torch and light stands required. Think ill give it a heavy dose of foam, get the brushes out, get the wheels done and call it a night. Up early tomorrow, finish...
awesome, that was pretty much the thing id read although trying to translate all the american 'fairy liquid' type stuff was getting interesting.
Some people even suggest to boil them??
How long do you soak them for?
ive found a thread on how to revive my old towels. ill give that a shot. if it doesnt work and they are truly shagged then ill hit you up @Hxrry ;)
Hows BF been for you? I imagine busy
SO, I had this problem with my clio a few years back. Im going off memory so bare with me here:
As said above, its going to be one of the following: Compression, Spark Plugs, Coil Pack, HT Leads or Injectors.
Injectors - You need to test the resistance across them. Multimeter time! Youtube is...
I'm on the hunt for a b12 kit actually. A friend of mine is changing his b12s for something lower in the new year and I'll have them off him. My only worry is harshness on the road as mine is 80% of them time just bumbling around town
should hope not considering its price tag
Videos show it has really good chemical resistance against alkaline chemicals. Seen the youtube boys test it with good results.
Honestly, I have no idea conclusively why it got fucked soo hard in the ass by AF but it did :( never had it do such...
yeah, absolutely mate. It should be.
Let me explain - I applied 2 coats of Master Sealant. Incredible stuff. My favourite LSP ever to apply and looks etc. I topped it with Rapidwaxx, again gorgeous. I did a trip to scotland, 1500 miles or so over the course of a week. Came back, usual BH AF in...
most people probably dont realise it even happens tbh. Foam on, rinse off and go in with a shampoo. all dandy. but I got well put off BH since it absolute took a turd on my nice Polish Angel LSP in a single sitting. Took a gamble and Ultra Mousse didnt do it o_O
Its most visible when just doing a 'foam and rinse' kind of wash. I mainly do these in the winter just to keep the car looking good when the weather is freezing or I dont have the time to go in for a contact wash.
I used to notice it mainly on glass (especially tinted windows #drugdealerspec)...
Oh, and a word of advice to anyone buying Ultra Mousse. Dont spill it on anything when pouring and if you do, rinse it off quickly. Left it on some painted brickwork at the inlaws and it is so powerful it made the paint brown..... 🤣 🤡
