    Theres quite a lot of work in doing the rear quarter, you have to get the blend into the roof and doors right or else it iwll stick out like a sore thumb!

    Think what your decribing is called a hub nut, if you were to undo that you'd ideally need to torque them back up. Which wheel are you trying to get off?

    Try some smart repair/paintless dent removal people they sometimes do it, i know the guy i use does.
