To be fair I haven't used my spare battery yet so whether it will hold charge is a different matter, but with Li-on batteries usually they are fairly good at holding charge if not left for ridiculous lengths of time. I keep my spare battery in my car because where ever I am, my car is...
Wow. You have never tried any other phone have you. Flash does add to the experience if you browse sites with flash on them, and lots of us do. Regardless of whether the coding is crap and it rapes battery.
Cameras - The iP4 has an excellent phone camera which is amongst the best out there, the...
Regards the battery I am like you; it's constantly on a dock at work anyway, however it is nice to know I have a spare battery laying around in case it dies. Being a manager of a company sometimes I am out and about and having to make multiple phone calls and emails without the chance to charge...
I don't use Gmail, so I couldn't comment, although I have heard the Gmail app is better. I only use my phone for work emails not personal, so I can't just use a Gmail account. :(
Hi guys,The purpose of this post is purely illustrate my opinion of Android and iPhone and their comparative features. I owned an iPhone for 2 years and experimented with things like Jailbreaking, customisation (back before iOS 5 Beta came out) etc. Since owning the HTC Sensation I have found...
Re: Upgrade time on the 20th Sept.
What, like the fact that I can view any site with flash on it? And watch movies on my nice QHD 4.2" screen? Stop trying to desperately be in the with the "Cool Apple Gang". It's pathetic.
Anyway, if you don't want an iPhone (which you may do, in which case...
It's constantly in DFU Mode. I have tried with iTunes Beta 7 and iOS Beta 7. The only thing I can think of now is possibly waiting for Beta 8 and trying to run with that. Other than that I'm stumped!
Regarding your last point, hindsight is a wonderful thing and I wish I had just left it as it was!
Just bare in mind using a phone as a GPS device isn't permitted in the rules of golf so if you're thinking of using one in competition I would advise against it.
Hi,
I decided I wanted to eBay my iPhone since upgrading, but was running iOS5 Beta 7 and thought it would be best if I was going to sell it to put 4.3.x back on for safety's sake.
Anyway, tried to follow rhysbartley's advice from here...
Couldn't agree more. Why all these people think that iOS is so much better than everything else I have absolutely no idea. After owning a Sensation for one week I've learned that android with HTC sense is far better than iOS.
Bear in mind Sagem rolled out an OTA firmware update about two months which VASTLY improved 99% of these routers. I was ready to toss mine in the bin but waited for the update and it has been completely faultless since then.
Also, Sky now use MER authentication (which they are rolling out to...
FLOL at you all jumping on the bandwagon. How dare someone not buy an iPhone!! Don't tell me: I'm poor, right?
Sym0n - Firstly, Tom asked for ONE thing, I stated one thing. That is important to me as I am on the road a lot with my laptop.
Rory - I wasn't aware that it was free on 3 network...
No it's not, at all. Even if the iP5 had what each and every rumour say: 4 inch screen, 10mp camera, 3D, thinner, faster, contact payment thingy, etc I still won't be that bothered. For me (and it's all personal preference) it's about the software. Android seems to be moving forward a lot...
I've been waiting for 3 months for the iPhone 5 but today I decided to upgrade to the Sensation. I'm just not that excited by what Apple have to offer, so therefore, I'm out.
P.S. I know the iPhone 5 will be a great phone.
