Laingo the latest firmware is v12. If you dont have that and it says u have the latest its because you need to change your phone product code using Nokia NSS then update.

I'd hazard a guess that on the same position the data doesn't actually move at all when moved, just the path to it is redirected for the OS. In different partitions the data is physically copied over to the other partition and deleted from the original. That is a GUESS. :D
