    Both are good, one is easier to fit and return the car to standard if needed. The other needs a cam belt at the same time.

    Not really, 200 cup is a well sorted car. It's your money and you can do with it what you like. But I would leave it standard.

    Hi Dougie, to be honest don't do anything to it. Suspension will as good as you can get, unless you are prepared to spend a fortune.
