    That looks like the sound deadening pad that sits on the sump shield. It's only glued on, bin it. It's the plastic shield that is held on with 4 bolts into the subframe.

    You might see a tiny movement, but that should be only the rubber moving. But no actual movement no.

    I would guess it's off the sump shield. 4 bolts take it off, pull the rest of the crap off, then put it back.

    You need to get someone to turn the steering wheel from side to side, while you look at the rack and see if it moves.

    Maybe a little toe out on rear, this helps with the understeer that's encountered on these little beasts. But it does take a while to get it all right.
