My mum was on that tariff last year and I told her to phone and ask for her PAC. I told her a couple of made up offers to tell them she'd seen elsewhere and she's now on 300 anytime xnet mins and 100 texts for £15 p/month which suits her perfectly. She also received a free upgrade phone.
Not at all. Lie and say you've been offered either of those phones for free from CPW or P4U and they'll not really be able to argue. These outlets are not restricted to which phones they can sell you in the same way that T-Mobile will be. It's one of those phones I'll be asking for so I'll let...
I'm now out of contract and will be phoning them as soon as I decide which phone I want to get next. They've already mentioned to me that they will be able to offer me a tarrif which works in the same way as Flext but will be better value. She mentioned £25 per month for £220 credit in...
The tarrif is called 'O2 Discount 750' and comes with a free 400 Message Bolt-On. Usual cost £35 but I managed to get a £10 discount by saying I was not willing to spend more than £25 per month. Tell them you have a friend on this tariff and if they can't match this for you then you'll leave for...
Lee you should have pushed them harder as they can offer far more than that. I'm currently on 750 anytime xnet minutes and 400 texts for £25 per month with o2 online. I also got a free phone included.
I'm up for renewal again and they've told me they can better my current deal if I'll stay with...
The N80 camera is reported to be terrible and the SE 2mp cams are far superior. Early reports claim the N91 2mp cam is also of a higher quality. I'd ideally like to demo both before deciding on which one is right for me. If I was to choose the phone on looks alone then the N80 would be the clear...
My preference is now for the N91 after reading several negative reports regarding the N80. My only issue with the N91 is that it's not a very nice looking phone.
o2 are getting it next month and I'd imagine Voda will be too. Orange are also quoting May but expect that to be delayed while they butcher the operating system as per usual.
I like that site :D
Were the 360 dev kits in mac cases? I'm sure I read that somewhere. An ex of mine used to work at a software studio in Newcastle and they used to get excited when all the new kit arrived.
I'd imagine you're equally doubtful that we'll see the PS3 in the shops this year?
Which developer do you work for? Maybe you're not allowed to say that on here for fear of Sony chasing you :D
I'm able to get an upgrade with o2 from today onwards. Can't decide if I should wait for the Nokia N80 to replace my 6630 or possibly choose the SE W810i.
Avoid the Road Angel Navigator and the Snooper Indago as both are pretty crap. You'd be better off buying a TomTom One for £249 and downloading the cam database from pocketgps at a cost of £19 for the year. Far superior sat nav system and a good cam database. Also save you around £200.
No that's a very good deal so you've not done badly at all :)
The Talex is every bit as good as the Origin B2, which is far more expensive, and far better than the RA2, RoadPilot and Snoopers I've previously owned.
I did find it quite awkward to begin with, certainly not as smooth as my old Saxo VTS. My most recent car before the 172 was a C2 VTR though which didn't have a clutch so I just assumed i'd somehow lost the feel for it.
I have the Talex Lite with the subscription pack and it's a great piece of kit, every bit as good as the more expensive units I've owned. Cost me £65 for the lot including the subscription. Somerfield are selling them minus the subscription for £29.99 or £39.99 depending on which store you visit.
Played this lastnight and it's a stunning looking game. Gameplay appears to be great but I'm only just getting into the storyline now after exiting the sewers.
I noticed that the engine vibrates and jumps alot if revved to 2k and held here while it's in this cold state. Very lumpy. Perfectly smooth after 2-3 minutes.
Nowhere near often enough but I do on occasion give it a high rev or two :) It reminds me why I bought it and never fails to make me smile. Last time was tonight on my drive home.
