Took my Eibach Pro springs off the 172 and changed them with some apex -40mm jobbies... summary: the eibach's are much better on the road! but the apex look much better, so she's sitting a bit lower now :) springs are only a few weeks new, so will settle down a bit more than in the pics...

Righto, just so we can compare times... if you did a sprint on the track post your BEST run times in here :) The timing equipment seemed to be a little out imo... i've managed a 6.73 to 60 before today. Oh well at least all cars will be timed on the same equipment for comparison reasons...

When driving at constant revs (ie 2k revs) and then i stop, the revs stay up at around 1.5-2k. If i blip the throttle slightly they drop back down to the usual 700rpm idling speed. This doesnt happen all the time... but just happened twice within 5 mins. could this be the throttle cable...

Huge thanks to Ady today for spending 4 hours on my car... :) Im sure he will be able to explain what he used in the end, because i dont know what they all mean! lol The paint now has much more depth, and is much more reflective than before, aswell as feeling as smooth and a very smooth...
