You have still got a blockage in there somewhere,as you say, when you use the rear one you are moving the blockage away from the front feed pipe,thats why the front works,if only for a short time.
Try this guy,he will be able to tell who can do it etc.

Got him out of the blue book,I think he is a Chief scrutineer and he is from Chertsey Surrey,so not to far from you.
If he cannot do it,he should be able to put you in contact with...
You will need to find one from around your way and give them a call,we didn't have to do this as ours had an OMP badge on it.
We just had it scrutineered early to make sure everything was alright.
You will need to get your cage checked over though.
Stub axle stays fine.
Good quality bearings are not cheap,we have looked into it,something like £58 each plus vat,so its just as easy to get the whole lot together from Renault for less than £100.
