Just paint them while they're on the car. Hammerite smooth is good, get a 1/2 inch brush too & you'll be fine. You may need a small brush for the hard to get to parts though.

Personally I think that the wheels in the link you've given look awful, there are loads of better looking alooys out there tbh. Sorry, I can't say if they'll rub.

If it's an fse power boost valve (which it sounds to be) they're supposed to be a waste of time, unless you've got them set up with others mods. What car has he fitted it to ? Ps - it's my & bought, not ma & bort.
