If you do a scout around on ebay & pistonheads you'll probably find the real ad's for the cars.
These 'bargain cars' aren't new at all, ebay has become a breeding ground for this sort of thing.

Deffo a scam, money launding in fact. The seller has no feedback at all & wants people to email beforehand. The pics will be of someone elses car (either another ebay ad or off of pistonheads) as he won't have anything to sell.

It's no wonder the bmw gets wasted, as a, he has the roof down & b, the golfs pushing 540 or so bhp !!
If they do it instantly you've got 24 hours to get the new plates & tax disc on the car.
Your best off getting the plates made up ready to go on beforehand - a plate maker will do it from your retention form (or go online & get the plates)

An rx7 (assuming it's the last shape) would tear a 182 to bits & then some.
Not sure about the bends etc (thats one for Iain C) but in a straight line, they are very quick.
