Danmm i'm so gutted I missed this, my dad told me about it last night, but it was too late for us to go as we'd have had to get up really early for it. I will be going next year though.

For that money it should have been a minter. Anything less than mint or say 8 out 10 is a waste of time tbh. It'll be nice when you get it sorted though.

If you want a v6 save up & get a real one, the v6 bodykits i've seen all look rubbish.

The reason i'm a maybe (and always was) is because it's a Saturday. If it it was a Sunday there would be more chance of me attending.

Who told you that ??? My dads got it in his 172, never had a problem with it at all, its really accurate. I believe the unit is carminat or something like that. You can fit the unit aftermarket as some on here have done.

Very clean, are the alloys actually off of a mk1 172 ? Or did you buy them ? They look good anyway.

See what elephant say (they admiral & bell are part of the same group) so they will all quote around the same.

White will look good (see pics of Christophers car) but they'll be hard to keep clean.

Try ebay too, as there may be some on there (say if there is a front ended 182 on there) you could get the exhaust surround cheap.

Keep an eye out as I think it'll turn up on a car round your way with in a few weeks.

Always see if the dvla have the plate for sale first, as the other places buy it from them then add on thier bit to sell it on to you.

On Dagenham Road, in Rush Green Romford, today. I was on the horn like a mad man :o Got the thumbs up from the driver going the opposite way to me while I was sat at the traffic lights. First vee i've seen on the road since i've had mine (4 months now) If your on here, where are you from ?

It don't think it's that much of a step up tbh. I had a valver & my dads got a 172 which I often used to drive, i'd say it's more of a side step tbh (unless you get a 172 which has been modded) After my valver I got a Fiat Coupe 20vt plus - that to me, was a step up.
