If you do the interior by hand, with seats etc in situ, how do you dry it? Wont it smell of damp if you leave it to dry?

No mate, I had a nightmare and somehow snapped the lift for reverse bit so that's currently in a bodyshop getting plastic welded. The bloke said he'd call me yesterday to let me know if it was possible, but no call. They're now closed until the new year, doh! What's it like on its own? Yanoo...

You've spent a lot of money on it and it sounds like it would be good for a while. Take it to a proper known specialist, and im sure it'll be fixed for a few quid.

Alternator on here £60, pads and disks all round from a trader on here about £200, starter motor defo not £300, cambelt and dephaser £600ish. Sounds like your 'mate' had you on!!
